CCOUC Branding Video & Research Trips Documentation
Our mini production crew has worked closely with the Collaboration Centre for Oxford University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong for Disaster and Medical Humanitarian Response (CCOUC) as their research team spent 1 week in Nepal and 8 weeks in remote areas of Yannan, Sichuan and Qinghai in China.
We left Hong Kong without knowing what to expect. The shooting of this series was spontaneous and intuitive. Traveling in areas 5000m above sea level with extremely cold weather of -40°C, we were challenged and inspired by not only the rural landscape but also how the people there adapted to the barren and harsh living conditions. Despite not having much to offer, they welcomed us with such generosity and openness which was more than what we could ask for.
