I'MPERFECT XCHANGE
A collaboration between Oi! and coLAB, I’MPERFECT EXCHANGE was a series of workshops and community activities that encouraged visitors to engage with their inner self and appreciate the imperfections in their lives. It was also the opening event at Oi!, a public art space that gave a former historical site new purpose and meaning. Inspired by one of the experiential workshops, we created a series of promotional teasers that focused on one emotion at a time. The message was clear and powerful, so much so that it still feels relevant almost a decade later. This project also marked the beginning of our long-term friendship and collaborative relationship with Oi! and all their participatory artists.
